Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At Deniz Clothing Store, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds for any purchases, we do allow exchanges under the following terms:
Exchanges Due to Change of Mind
We are happy to offer product exchanges if a request is made within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product is:
- In its original packaging
- Unworn, unused, and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original invoice
Exchange Options
You may exchange your items through:

In-Store Exchange
Visit any Deniz Clothing Store outlet with your purchase invoice and exchange the product at your convenience. -
Courier Exchange
Return the product via courier to our store address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship the replacement to you.
Note: Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you have received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange the exchange at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation fees. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may already be processed.
